Call Out for Community and Voluntary Groups to participate in the Cork St. Patrick's Day Parade 2018

Presented by Cork City Council, the 2018 Cork St Patrick's Festival will take place from Friday March 16th to Sunday March 18th and is expected to attract 80,000 visitors to Cork.

The festival extravaganza will feature live music, entertainment, and the much-loved Cork St Patrick’s Day Parade which is attended annually by 50,000 spectators.

The Cork St Patrick’s Day Parade will take place at 1pm on Saturday March 17th, and the theme of the festival is Democracy For All - 100 Years of the Vote for Women. Festival organizers are urging community groups to think creatively and to interact with the theme.

Applications to participate in the Cork St Patrick’s Day Parade are available here from December 21st 2017 with the closing date for receipt of application forms being Monday February 19th, 2018.
